I bring my authentic self to every session with curiosity, humor, and radical candor.
I create a safe and welcoming environment for growth using a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. My eclectic style draws from mindfulness-based CBT and pop culture influences, which enables me to guide individuals toward transformation.
I am a guide helping people achieve meaningful goals in their life. My various trainings allow me to tailor my approach to the individual, whether I am working with a person navigating daily life, or an adult who has experienced a traumatic event.
While trauma has been a primary focus, patients can vary from people who have experienced acute traumatic events, suffered from health-related problems, chronic mood instability or are stumbling through the hardships of everyday life.
Being a psychotherapist allows me to utilize my interests in philosophy and psychology to work with people in a meaningful and rewarding manner.
My office has a fantastic view of Philadelphia from the 29th floor and my virtual office sometimes has my dog sleeping on a chair in the background.
My practice is a one-person operation. It allows for a personal and supportive approach from treatment to billing.
