Therapy with me is nonjudgmental and genuine; crying, laughing, and swearing are all equally welcome in our therapy space. I also take an active approach to therapy. I’ll meet you where you're at AND push you to step outside your comfort zone.
We’ll explore why you feel stuck and learn ways to quiet your inner critic, increase self-esteem and confidence, respond to stress in ways that you feel good about, set boundaries to improve your relationships, and start living the life you want.
I enjoy working with people in their healing era who feel stuck. From the outside, you look composed and professional. On the inside, you struggle with stress, self-doubt, anger/resentment, and fear of not being good enough.
You might find it easier to talk about difficult topics from the comfort of your own space. Plus, there’s no commute and you can wear comfy pants!
