The majority of my clients have described me as being open-minded and non-judgmental about their issues that brings them into therapy.
My approach to therapy is meeting each client where they are. I consider the therapeutic alliance between a therapist and client a crucial step towards achieving positive outcomes in treatment.
During initial sessions, we will focus directly on your issues at hand, and will create a specific treatment plan that helps revitalize your life. Most of my clients see a gradual decline within the first month with sustained improvement thereafter.
I specialize in working with people that feel they have no one to talk to about their problems. Specifically, I work with men who often find it difficult to express themselves while maintaining their masculine identity.
While enrolled in a psychology 101 class in high school, I discovered my passion to listen and help others using various forms of talk therapy.
I have no specific preference for meeting. Clients have the option to choose to meet by phone, virtual, or in person office meeting.
I have more than 20 years of clinical experience working in various mental health and criminal institutional settings. Opening my own private practice in 2023, proves that it's never too late to achieve a life-long dream.
