We can either meet in my Franklin TN or virtually. My office in Franklin is a warm and cozy space with big windows that let in natural light.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quiet time journaling, sitting on the porch, and spending time with my husband and our dog. Art making, writing, and reading are some ways I care for my own mind.
