My approach is collaborative, and I work closely with each client to create a unique experience that is tailored to their specific challenges and needs. My primary goals are to help clients better understand themselves and practice self-compassion.

Together, we will take a compassionate and nonjudgmental look at your relationships, experiences, and behaviors, and I will help you identify prominent themes and patterns arising across various contexts so that we can identify areas for change.

I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly gay or bisexual men dealing with internalized homophobia, as well as trans individuals seeking gender-affirming care. Other specialties include early childhood trauma and men's issues.
