I help high-achievers find inner peace through Nature-Based Therapy. I use a blend of embodiment practices, education, and most importantly, trust-building to reconnect with yourself and become more authentically aligned.
My primary goal is to listen to your experience. With mutual understanding of your goals, a session then becomes a place where new perspectives and approaches can be explored.
Are high-achievers. They have worked hard to be comfortable in life. Yet, despite their accomplishments, they still feel a sense of discomfort deep within. They follow all the “rules”. They are checking all the boxes. But feel like they need more.
My unique approach to therapy involves getting outside of the four walls of the traditional therapy room using nature-based walk-and-talk therapy.
The discomfort we feel is often the result of hiding from our fears, weaknesses, and frailties. If we want to move past our struggles, we have to develop the skills—and the courage—to call them by name.
