My approach focuses on teaching and guiding people to better manage their racing thoughts, low/depressive moods and build self-confidence utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy strategies and tools.
Together, we will work through your any trauma related issues, build self esteem, set boundaries, anxiety, and learn other coping skills.
