I use memory techniques to follow a simple path to learning new habits which is 10 times easier than trying to break old habits. We learn your strengths and weaknesses and how strengths can overcome weakness.
We will learn a new logic and perception through a structured yet flexible therapy process. You will learn simple labels that help you identify appropriate thoughts, emotions and behaviors that would be appropriate influence to desired goals.
I specialize in working with people who have old habit of thoughts that lead them further from their desired emotional or relationship goals. We learn to identify the old habits that were not working and find a new habit that can help get to goals.
