Each of us have things we are doing to help ourselves, and building on your strengths helps you to own your therapy. You set your goals and together we find what works for you.
Emotions are thoughts we feel, and each one is valid. Behavior is how we express those thoughts and feelings. You will be your best self and able to feel a full range of emotions without negative results.
I have a medical background and know what it is like to be affected by a chronic illness or injury and the loss of dreams due to the long term changes. I enjoy helping people adjusting to those changes.
