Clients describe me as approachable, open-minded and affirming. Many of my clients have expressed how they finally feel heard and understood with me.

I take a non-judgmental approach with all my clients no matter what they bring to the therapy space. Listening carefully, reflecting back, gentle challenges, and infusing all parts of the process with compassion (and sometimes humor!) are my style.

Together, we will deepen your insight, improve symptoms, and find healthier ways for you to show up in your relationships and the world. My work is all about getting clients closer to feeling like their authentic selves.
