I have 20 years experience in providing mental health services. I take a person-centered, solution-based approach to treatment, helping clients achieve a healthier life and build a capacity for hope, greater self-awareness, and resilience.

I enjoy helping clients connect with themselves and others in a healthier way, strengthening both intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to live a better life.

My specialties include working with a variety of people who have diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, and Anxiety. Most of my background features both individual and group therapy.

My mission is to strengthen and encourage individuals to enhance their quality of life by gaining skills that lead to independence.

Services are provided virtually. People can take advantage of services anywhere in Virginia as long as they are in a private, quiet location.
