I can help guide you through this healing process. I am culturally competent and very understanding of different perspectives, personal values, and beliefs. I enjoy working closely with individuals and families- including adolescents.
I have experience working with a variety of cultures with issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression and adolescent issues. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) where we will identify current problems and thought processes.
