With a background in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, I take a holistic approach and understand that the work we do and the life we live has a huge impact on our mental health.

We may discuss relationship issues, social issues, employment or business, education, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Some issues may be alternative family, chosen family or changing families. Together we will identify solutions.

Struggle with mild to moderate mental health issues who often live in alternative or marginalized communities; Disability, LGBTIA+, POC, people with ADD/ADHD or Autism. I have a Queer and Trans family and have served the community for over 20 years.

I had a family member who became suddenly disabled, as I learned to support them, I developed an understanding of the need for mental health services.

As a telehealth therapist, I am available to anyone in the State of Washington. I provide counseling from my office in Whatcom County.

I began my mental health practice 5 years ago which adds to my 12 years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of Washington. I bring experience in helping a vast diversity of people. My joy is in seeing people thrive and develop!
