I am dedicated to helping teens and adults work through life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma while providing a safe space to overcome anxiety, stress, and social expectations.

Work together to discover your strengths and supports, and utilize them in order to promote healing and growth. I highly value our relationship and will work with you at your pace while also walking with you through areas of difficulty.

Struggle with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, family dynamics, and self-worth. I work best with clients who are motivated, open, and engaged in the therapeutic process. I love working with teen girls and women, as well as moms in every stage.

I wanted to use my own therapeutic journey to healing to help others who are struggling. I want to help you know you are not alone and you matter.

We can meet in person in Bellingham or via telehealth anywhere in the state. Either way, we will work together to create a space you can safe.

I began my career working in K-12 education, but after experiencing a major trauma in my own life I pivoted to therapy. In my practice I work with both adults and teens ages 13 and up, and I particularly enjoy working with teen girls and young women.
