I offer a quiet, thoughtful presence with genuine curiosity about how you got where you are today.
I incorporate skill-building into my practice using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach you how to handle stressful situations more effectively. I also enjoy having deep conversations about the things that matter to you!
Figure out how to survive strong emotions without making them worse, practice coping techniques and problem solving to prevent and manage anxiety, and learn how to make it through a panic attack.
Teens and younger adults who have anxiety, challenges with managing strong emotions, and who may have a hard time connecting with peers about meaningful subjects. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+.
My office in Wallingford is equipped with HEPA filters, has excellent ventilation (CO2 under 700) and I am happy to mask upon request.
