I am here to walk beside you on your journey, and to listen more than I speak. I want to make the process work for you.
I approach this process from an existential point of view, with a heavy emphasis on our sense of meaning and purpose. My approach strongly focuses on you and what you find to be important in your world.
Explore what is important to you, whether it is living with neurodiversity, exploring an LGBTQ+ identity, or your identity as a gamer and what that means for how you interact with the world. Living authentically is crucial.
Identify as LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent (primarily ADHD and ASD), and those who identify as part of the gaming community. I primarily work with teens and young adults.
Having my own lived experience, I want to help guide others through their lives. It's dangerous to go alone!
I offer both telehealth and in person options. It's important for me to create a therapy space that is familiar and safe.
253 Therapy, and myself, are dedicated to practicing therapy from a social justice mindset. We are here to engage in work where traditional mental health may have failed more marginalized communities.
