From Children to retirees and everyone in-between. Individual, couples and family; we identify what issue(s) client(s) would like to address. I have provided tailored counseling services based on needs/ abilities and wants of clients.

Counseling is organic, we may start speaking about a topic then change subjects. I can provide more structure in order to form a partnership. We plan and address goals, reflect/process events and learn new skills to further promote wellness.

I have worked with many populations, children, at risk youth, adolescents, adults who have weathered, endured and lost much. Experience working in a variety of environments ranging from secure facility, sheltercare, in home family sessions or zoom.

Like some, I grew up learning first hand about mental illness, substance use, addiction, abuse and loss within my family and social circle.
