I believe trust is the foundation of everything. My main job as a therapist is to help you build trust in me and the process. If you don't trust me, then you won't tell me very much. If you don't tell me much, we won't get much accomplished.

I am trained in and utilize state-of-the-art approaches to address impacts of stress, self-image, and overwhelming emotions. However, each therapeutic relationship and approach is different and collaboratively based on your unique needs and pace.
