I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, meaning that we will consider: What do you think about your situation? How do you feel about it? What are you doing about it? Then, together, we'll figure out what needs to change and how to accomplish it.

I like to support my patients where they are at presently, but also help prepare them for forward momentum. At times I may stir the pot and "call folks" out as necessary, while also validating their experiences for what they are worth.
