I am kind and considerate always viewing the situation from my Client's perspective.
We will talk about your past, present, and future. I will give you a safe space to process the things on your heart and mind. We will set goals that you want, and provide education, tools, and resources when needed. I will support and encourage you.

I utilize a holistic and trauma-informed therapy lens, which means I take a mind/body/soul approach through the use of family of origin & inner child work, IFS, CBT, somatic embodiment, and other therapies depending on the needs of each client.
Discover your strengths and opportunities for growth and healing. We will take risks, have insightful conversations, and laugh together. We will practice new ways to interact/communicate. Last, but not least, we will celebrate your victories!

I take a relational approach to therapy and aim for my office to be a safe space for you to learn how to connect deeply to yourself and others.
explore what is troubling you, come up with a plan to improve your situation, and work on the plan collaboratively. I find it's always better to go through difficult situations when you have as much support as possible.

I highly value empathy, giving you time to express yourself, and utilizing evidenced-based practices to help you improve your situation. This often involves things to work on outside of therapy.
