My approach is client centered and I desire to start where the client desires to start. Initially forming a trusting therapeutic relationship - a space where the client feels safe - is foundational. All therapy will flow from the relationship.

I enjoy holding space for clients to feel and express their emotions and experiences. I blend different therapeutic techniques including EMDR therapy, integration of Christian principles (when appropriate), ERP, cognitive, and mindfulness strategies.
